Lee Gamble – BR3 Steelhouse

Ex jungle lover turned experimental wizard, London’s Lee Gamble has just released a limited pressed/white label via one of Berlin’s leading record labels, PAN. Run by Bill Kouligas, like many great record labels it is quite hard to decipher and describe exactly what PAN’s all about; think experimental noise, dark roughly cut techno, industrial mechanical sampled goodness. The headlining track, BR3 Steelhouse is actually a rework of one of Gambles unreleased dub works from 2013, its been remastered to perfection, an absolute banger in my books. Spine tingling highs and an industrially dark driving force puts this techno tuna up there with some of Gamble’s finer works of the year, pure fire this one.
